Salzburg Airport (SZG) is the second busiest airport in Austria. It is situated 3 km southwest of of the city.
The airport is used extensively by visitors to the city of Mozart as well as skiers destined for the excellent ski resorts near the Austrian city.
Flights to Salzburg are provided by Austrian Airlines, British Airways, easyJet, Eurowings, Ryanair and many other airlines.
The airport is also called "Salzburg Airport W. A. Mozart" after the beloved composer. Approximately 2 million passengers use Salzburg Airport annually.
Passengers arriving at the airport can travel to the city centre via trolleybus lines #2 and #10. Travel time between the airport and city centre is approximately 30 minutes.
