Salzburg Train Station

The Central Train Station in Salzburg Austria is called "Hauptbahnhof Salzburg".  It is located in Salzburg's "New Town" on the east side of the Salzach River. 

It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to walk from the train station to the Altstadt (Old Town) where most of Salzburg's attractions are situated.

The Salzburg Central Bus Station is located right in front of the Train Station.  From there, one can catch a city bus to the Altstadt or the suburbs.
